Nitro Racing is the F1 in Schools team at SATEC @ W.A. Porter C.I., made up of passionate individuals who love diving into STEAM challenges. We're a first-year team that's never worked together before, but our shared love for F1 has brought us together to this competition. We tackle every problem with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude. Our motto, "Driven with Ambition, Excelled by Nitro," perfectly captures our spirit. We're all about pushing boundaries, innovating, and working as a team. We're excited to take this journey together and see where our nitro-fueled drive will take us! 

After qualifying for the world finals in Singapore this October, we started working even harder towards our goal, placing at worlds one day. We thank all our members, teachers,  staff, and all our friends who have helped us throughout this long and exciting journey!

Established in March 2024, the team has experienced significant ups and downs to reach its current position as a World Finals qualifier and the winner of the Canadian National Champion award. Over the past few months, we have embraced every opportunity to improve and pushed the limits of what we can accomplish. Awards we've earned:
